Pay Per Click Advertising is when you have a web page or blog and you pay a search engine to feature your adds when people search for certain keywords.

Every time someone clicks on your add they will be transferred to your website and you will be charged.

Many people use PPC advertising when they are selling something or being an affiliate for a product, for most PPC companies you must bid on the price for each keyword and how much you are willing to pay.

With PPC advertising the amount you pay will affect your quality score, quality score is determined by how your keyword fits into your add . The lower your quality score is the more you have to pay.

I must say that my first venture with PPC  it was about 10 week’s after joining  the Wealthy Affiliate University… I quickly lost the $50 freebie I got for signing up :(

There are many different techniques that you can use to make your adds get more clicks, one of the popular terms people use in there adds is scam. Pay Per Click Advertising works when your at the computer, this is one of the reasons why you here people claiming there making money with an autopilot system. Simply because you don’t have to be there, your adds are still running and your still making sales.

Most PPC companies make you put a daily budget, this is how much they will take out of the balance of your account each day according to the time zone you set when you made your account. When your making adds you want to try and have relevant keywords to your campaign , if you have general keywords you will get a lot of clicks draining your budget quickly on useless traffic that won’t get you sales. You have probably seen adds before such as on a persons website or when you search for something through a search engine. These adds are from all people or companies paying the search engine to provider them with there adds.

Pay Per Click advertising won’t increase your page ranking or get you higher ranked in search engines because this is only add traffic, you must get traffic from other sources to get ranked higher. Although it does not get you ranked PPC is the most effective way to drive traffic to your website. Many of the successful people that use PPC can get all good traffic and a lot of visitors to there website without paying much. Pay Per Click requires a lot of money to start though and if you are not careful you could waste a lot of money.

If PPC sounds to daunting or you don’t have to much money i would recommend another method. I would recommend PPC to anyone though who wants to get ahead fast and Get a lot of traffic without much work, a PPC course at the Wealthy affiliate University is recommended. It’s worth 100 times the value you pay.
