The Start Of A WA Members Journey

All the best employers offer an induction and training course of some description. If you are used to working for a large corporate company you’ll probably be used to a weeks or 2 in different departments either learning the ropes or shadowing a trainer.

A smaller company may only afford a couple of weeks total to fully indoctrinate you, leaving you with the skills you need to do the job.

The smart companies out there understand the real value of quality training and resources; you cannot expect someone to perform at their best if you haven’t given them the very best training that you can.
